one more because this is really all I could get with the angle of the sun/reflection and in case the store closes before I can shoot it again, I want to OD on Phi while I can.

Chanel x SoHo

When I shot these the sun was gorgeous and I know that during the daytime sometimes weird colours occur and I look like I can't white balance my images or something. I didn't mess with the colours in photoshop, it's just the way the Canon saw the light and I'm into this film look, even though it's a bit gimmicky to me since so many people overuse it. Anyways, that's my geeky photo rant of sorts, now enjoy the double c's.








And a better shot of the heels because I was fascinated by them, as usual.

Anna Sui, Vuitton, Stuart, Kirna Zabete, Burberry

Anna Sui seems to still have a semi Christmas theme going...I hate that it's become so cold again, can we not be reminded in the windows? Thanks.

Louis Vuitton surprised me this week. I LOVE the new windows and I hope the flagship 5th Avenue store will have a similar theme.



So good!





I've never shot Kirna Zabete, mainly because they've never had a legitimate window display. While the styling is god awful on this poor mannequin, I was more intrigued by the even more awful Prozena surf board. Chanel did it better, way too late on the trend boys.


Finally a spot of Burberry to end the post before tomorrows Chanel takeover.

Vera Wang, J. Crew, Miu Miu x Soho

While I was walking to Vera Wang on Mercer Street I noticed this stylish couple and shot them from the awkward angle my camera was resting in my hands. I'm surprisingly into the image and decided to post it.

This was obviously not shot in the same haste, what I'm sad this frame is missing is the cane the man was holding.

I would love to see this Vera Wang necklace in action, preferably around my neck or a future shoot :)


J. Crew in SoHo is a bit strange, they have incredibly high end pieces [such as vintage Rolexs, I don't know if other stores have the same selections nationwide but I haven't seen it] so I'm always fascinated with what they'll put out in their windows because it feels like a different company all together for some reason.
